When you are in a tight position in a match, Tennis Legend Margaret Court has some amazing advice:

1. Never look back on matches lost. Never go back. Don’t let your mind wander. Repeat to yourself – I can win this.

2. Have a purpose – Where you’re going to hit the ball – Am I going to be aggressive? – Am I going to hit down the line?

3. Keep your shoulders open in the tight times – you can’t tighten up or you’re going to lose.
